One address reaches us: hello@buzzgoing.com. There is no form on this page because BuzzGoing is a static site with nowhere to send a form, so email is genuinely the whole system.
What to write about
- Corrections. If an article states something that is wrong, or cites a source that does not say what we claim it says, tell us and point at the paragraph. We will fix it or remove it.
- Topic and quiz ideas. If there is a subject you think would make a decent quiz, or a question you wish somebody had asked properly, send it over. We read all of them, though we cannot promise to build any particular one.
- Press and permissions. Questions about quoting or reproducing anything from the site come to the same address.
- Privacy requests. Anything to do with the handling of data, including questions about the advertising on the site, is welcome here. Please put the word privacy in the subject line so it gets seen quickly.
When to expect a reply
The inbox is checked on working days rather than continuously, and most messages get a reply within three to five working days. Corrections tend to be dealt with fastest, because a wrong sentence sitting on the site bothers us more than an unanswered email does.
Please do not send anything confidential to this address. It is an ordinary mailbox, not a secure channel.
