Last updated: July 2026. This page sets out how BuzzGoing (https://buzzgoing.com) handles information. The short version is that we collect very little ourselves, and the part worth reading carefully is the section about advertising, because that is where third parties are involved.
Your quiz answers
When you take a quiz, the options you tap are handled entirely inside your own browser. The result is worked out there and carried to the result page in the address bar. Your answers are not transmitted to us, not written to a database and not attached to any identifier. Close the tab and there is nothing left to delete.
We do not run our own analytics
BuzzGoing does not operate an analytics package. There is no measurement script of ours on these pages, no visitor profile and no mailing list. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, as web hosts do, and we do not use them to build any picture of individual visitors.
Advertising and cookies
This site displays advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites.
You can read Google's own explanation of how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can change what personalised advertising you are shown, or switch it off, at adssettings.google.com. Browser settings and tracking-protection tools give you a further layer of control.
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may be shown a consent prompt before advertising cookies are set, and you can decline or change your choice through that prompt.
Children
BuzzGoing is a general-audience site. It is not directed at children under 13, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not aim any content or advertising at that age group. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact address, write to us and we will delete it.
Links out
Articles link to research papers, archives and news sites so that claims can be checked. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and once you follow a link you are governed by theirs rather than ours.
